My Personal Story

Hello. and welcome to the Gene Allen Groner blog.  I will be posting periodic updates to this blog, and I invite readers to respond. I am a Christian author of more than 50 books and biographies. They are published by Amazon Books and Kindle e-Books and are available at amazon.com.

My Personal Story

I became tired of being retired, so I prayed about it and I was guided to a new vocation. Now I write inspirational books and articles for the Daily Bread, Herald, and Veterans' Voices magazine. I have written over 50 published books to date, including Journey of a Disciple (my own biography), On the Nature of Angels, The Garden of Eden, Deborah, From Shepherd to King, Native American Prayers, Poems, and Legends, and the Good Samaritan, all available at Amazon.com in print and Kindle eBook.

I write every day and I love it.  I actually have two more books I am working on: a book on faith and a book on prayer. All of this came about as a result of accepting the challenge to pray on my knees for 40 days and nights, asking the Lord to give me a vision of His will for my future.  I give him all the credit for my life and my writing career, and I want to share the testimony of His goodness and mercy with my friends around the world. This is my passion and my legacy.
