Consider the Nail
It is strong and straight. It bends but does not break.
It takes a tremendous beating without complaint,
And pierces barriers with ease. The nail is tough,
But never says so. The nail is always prepared.
It always does the job. It knows no fear.
When working with others of its kind,
It cooperates to build a unified whole, much greater than itself.
I am a nail.
