I am writing a new book of testimony. What I mean is this: I am asking a number of people to tell me about their awareness of the Creator of the Universe in their lives today. The question I am asking them is, What is God Doing In Your Life Today? Their response can be emailed to me in one or two pages, and I will add their story, or testimony as it may be called, to the others in the book. I have already received half a dozen stories from places such as the United States, Canada, India, and Africa. Why is such a book important, you ask? Because throughout the world there is a need for hope and encouragement. Many people have lost hope, or their hope is dwindling due to the war and violence that seems to characterize our world today. Despair seems to be growing faster than hope, and that needs to change, in my opinion. I believe that God is alive and well, and He is active in the lives of people all around the globe. God is bringing comfort in times of loss, joy in times of sadness, and hope to those who lack hope. I want to share that good news with everybody in the world, so that hope and joy will experience a resurgence like we have never seen. There is light and goodness and love on the horizon--and that's worth celebrating!
