A Test and a Trust

Often in life we are tested
Life itself is a test
People and things can make us angry
When we respond with anger
We become weaker
When we respond with kindness
We become stronger

Life is also a trust
The Creator entrusts us with the earth
With the water, with the sky
With the plants and animals
May we be worthy of the Creator's trust.

Prayer:

Creator God, may I be worthy of Your trust. May I care for the earth, the water, the sky, with the plants and animals You have created. May I use the things You have provided to bring honor and glory to You. And may I always remember to be kind. In Jesus' name, amen.
